Everybody has to have a code to live by, right?
Well, I’ve thought about it and come up with a few things that will help everyone on both sides of the transaction. If a problem comes up, simply contact me and let me know what’s going on. Please believe I want to make things fair and equitable for us both.
All Photography is © Copyright DeWaun Simmons. It is illegal to copy, download, transmit, scan and/or print images at any time regardless of purchase. Please ask about information on purchasing digital files.
Session fees are non-refundable, but may be applied to a future session if you should need to cancel or reschedule due to weather or illness. Please let us know as soon as possible if you’re not going to make your scheduled date. Payment for session is due in full at the time of booking. I do not require a minimum print order. Photo credits may be offered and all prints, gallery wraps, mounted and boutique items apply towards this credit. Times are tough for everyone, and as a courtesy to you, a portion of your session fee is given back to you in print order credits.
DeWaun Simmons Photo | Design reserves the right to use any picture in both print and digital form for marketing and business promotion purposes. A standard adult/child model release will be signed by client to facilitate this purpose. You can download a standard Adult and/or Minor release form and bring to session filled out (to speed things up).
Please respect my policy that my camera(s) and related equipment will be the only authorized photography equipment at our professional portrait session.
As can be expected, prices are subject to change at any time, however, session prices are locked in at your time of booking.
